How far in advance do I need to order?
Most orders need 3–5 days notice. Party packages and larger custom cakes need at least 1 week.
When do I pay?
After we review your request, we'll send you a quote. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the order. The remaining balance is due the day before pickup or delivery.
Can I change my order after paying the deposit?
Minor changes may be possible if we still have time. Please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable.
Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery is available in the Miami area for a small additional fee. Pickup is also available.
What about allergies?
Please list any allergies or dietary needs in the order form. We take this very seriously and will confirm with you.
How will I know you received my order?
You'll receive an automatic confirmation email right after submitting. We'll also follow up with your quote within 24 hours.
